Welcome to Sollus Healthcare
Has pain ever stopped you doing something that you really wanted to do?
Despite what you have been told you don’t have to ‘put up’ with pain and you should not have to suffer because you’re getting older.
You really shouldn’t.
Have you been told that your pain is ‘something that happens’, so you should live with it, take the tablets, have the operation, or move less to feel less pain?
Are you feeling restricted, immobile, and frustrated because you want to move more?
So many people are written off because of their age and I want to reassure you that I do things differently.
If you are in pain I will help you understand why it hurts and find a way to either get rid of it for good or at least make it hurt less.
You don’t have to learn to live with it!!
Why choose me as your Osteopath?
I have over 10 years of experience and specialise in working with older people, as well as people with disabilities. Don’t worry if you are not old and don’t have a disability I can still hep reduce your pain.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation, so you can speak to me before booking and make sure that I am the right person to help you.
Sessions last for 45 minutes, meaning you get time for all the help you need.
I guarantee that by the end of the session I will understand the cause of your pain, and have explained it all to you, so you fully understand it too and know how best to treat you.
There is zero cost if you are covered by health insurance. I offer appointments online, so I can help you from the comfort of your own home or from my clinic.
I understand the importance of getting you back on your feet and living life to the full again and I will work with you to make that happen.
We comply with all Covid-19 safety protocols
We offer you a choice of face to face, online and telephone appointments with our in-person appointments being fully compliant with Public Health England and General Osteopathic Council guidelines. Despite relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions in the UK, osteopaths are still required to follow very strict infection control procedures including sanitisation of the clinic room after each patient and the wearing of a face mask, gloves and apron.

Sorting out your pain problems when we aren’t in the same room… The Coronavirus Lockdown means that I have not been able to carry out any face-to-face osteopathy appointments as the clinics where I work have been closed. As an osteopath my goals have always been to...
A FREE Osteopathic assessment? Yes please! A Northampton Osteopath offering something for free? When you see the word ‘Free’ what do you think? Do you view it with suspicion and think if it’s free it can’t be useful? If it has value why offer it for nothing? etc. etc....
What is the difference between an Osteopath, Chiropracter and Physiotherapist? When people find out that I am Osteopath the next question is usually ‘what is the difference between an osteopath, a chiropractor and a physiotherapist and which one would be the best for...
Bob resolved my sciatica and no further episodes, uninterrupted sleep, with practical/ easy ways to relieve pain, I can sleep properly for the first time in a decade and walk further without aching. Exercises given are practical and realistic, easy to fit in with lifestyle.
I have a better understanding of why injuries and back, hip, neck and shoulder problems occur. Also, how to prevent them from occurring and realising that exercise is key to recovery. I would thoroughly recommend your services to family, friends and work colleagues etc because your service is excellent and you achieve your goal of making people pain free!
As I have only ever had face to face/’hands on’ treatment, I couldn’t work out how having a chat online would help. It didn’t occur to me that stretching could solve the issue that I had. My back is a lot easier. It has also given me confidence that there is an option if I am unable to get my usual ‘hands on’ treatment. The whole thing was professional yet relaxed
